CONDO CONSTRUCTION

Low rise condominiums up to 8 floors. New builds, partial demolition and renovation work. We provide structural construction and supply chain management; architecture, ME mechanical & electrical systems, sanitation & interior.

VILLA CONSTRUCTION

Our biggest project to date is a 35 unit luxury villa complex or village in Rawai lead by a UK developer. Each unit retail value of 8-15m baht. Working from plans provided we built each villa, the reception and gym structures. We constructed the roof, swimming pool / jacuzzi, internal walls, flooring, car parking, boundary fences, M&E electrical, windows/doors, water/waste and plumbing.
